Mostly part of resort landscaping is covering by lushes and trees but
it's centrally location connected to outside ground shopping, bars and
restaurants where enjoying you at night time as we are in the heart

66 Deluxe rooms, all ground floor rooms are specially adapted for Handicapped guests.
:: Bungalows ::
As an alternative, our 21 bungalows situated in quiet garden setting
with large balcony and garden views. Constructed from natural wood are
all bungalows and have attached shower and toilet.
:: Deluxe Room ::
Each room has a modern style private bathroom, air-condition and comfortable
furnishings including a large balcony which is perfect for lazing on.
:: Teak Bungalow (Baanmai) ::
Our New category 15 Baanmai (Teak wood House), located upon the mountain,
which Thai style decoration. Large bedroom with private balcony.
:: Grand Deluxe ::
Finding something more facilitation, experience with nicely ambience
with full furnished of Grand Deluxe.
:: Family Suite ::
Idyllic contemporary Suite. A prettiness extensive corner suitably for a family.

:: Facilities for Disabled ::
Rooms on the ground floor are specially adapted to Wheelchair access
ramp, hand bar in toilet, bedroom and balcony are 0.9 m. wide, bathroom
door 0.6 m. A Wheelchair ramp is provide for the reception access. Some
public areas are not adapted for wheelchair guests because of steps,
there fore it is recommended that disabled guest have a person to help.
No lifts in the resort.
RESTAURANT & BAR
Our all day dining and open air restaurant is situated in a garden
setting away from the hotel lobby. The Ocean Restaurant offers you hospitable
service and is open daily from 7:00am to 11:30pm.

LOCATION MAP
Tipa Resort is situated in the heart of Ao Nang Beach. The Resort
is nestled in on the hillside with landscaped gardens all on 16 acres
